Cancellation & No-Show Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all in-shop and on-call/mobile services booked with Sketch Cuts.
1. Appointment Confirmation
All appointments are confirmed upon successful booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring their availability at the scheduled time.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Changes can be made through the booking platform or by contacting Sketch Cuts directly.

3. Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a partial or full service charge.

  • On-call appointments may incur additional charges due to travel and time allocation.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or prepayment requirements.

5. On-Call / Mobile Service Conditions

  • Clients must ensure a safe, clean, and accessible environment.

  • If the service cannot be performed due to unsafe conditions, incorrect address details, or lack of access, the appointment may be cancelled without refund.

6. Barber-Initiated Cancellations
Sketch Cuts reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

  • Illness or emergencies

  • Weather or travel conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Equipment or operational issues

In such cases, clients will be offered a reschedule or refund where applicable.
7. Refunds

  • Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

8. Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with Sketch Cuts, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & No-Show Policy.
